​1. 2023 Bodega El Porvenir ‘Amauta’Torrontes
Valle de Cafayate-Salta, Argentina
This sustainably farmed, single vineyard estate wine is composed of 100% hand harvested Torrontes from the Calchaqui Valley, Salta. This fruit driven wine bursts with white flowers & orange peel with notes of lemon zest & an underlying zip of salinity. This wine is far more balanced than most Torrontes with a solid backbone of acidity.

2. Elvio Tintero Rosato - Dry Rosé of Barbera
Piedmont, Italy
A blend of mainly Barbera, with a sprinkling of Arneis & Moscato grapes, sustainably farmed, aged in stainless steel. The resulting wine is delightfully fizzy and slightly fruity, an irresistible combination that makes it a universal favorite.

3. 2023 Luzón Colección Monastrell
Jumilla, Spain
Certified Organic Monastrell grapes, elegant on the nose with aromas reminiscent of red fruits; cherries, strawberries, black plums and a spicy finish. On the palate, it is juicy & fresh with a pronounced, captivating body, & a long, vibrant finish.

FOOD: Spicy game meat, roast lam, highly flavoured pasta dishes.

4. 2021 Delta Cabernet Sauvignon
Sonoma-ish, California
The latest project from Brick & Mortar winemaker, Matt Iaconis and his wife Alexa; with the goal in mind to support Environmental Change, and produce affordable wines without compromising quality. Cabernet grapes sustainably farmed, come from a few select vineyards in Sonoma & Central Coast. Aged in part neutral and part new French barrels. Vegan, and gluten free with notes of cassis, blueberry, and plum that are balanced by notes of eucalyptus, leather, and crushed stone. $1 per bottle is donated to Climate Change Foundations. Over $40,000 since 2018.
